18.4.2021 - Level setup - 7 hours - Implementing level
As I said in last devlog, my idea was that the game should be set in some kind of testing facility.
I have created some assets, mainly tilemap for level. Pixelart seemed adequate for a little platformer game
with multiple easy levels.
Everything is strictly greyscale to bring feelings of sensory deprivation.
That you are being held against your will in some gray boxes.
Level borders have heart texture on them to trick you that they are being friendly.
I have successfully implemented teleporters, with randomized level selection.
Game will have pool of 9 levels containing one coin each. Your goal is to collect 10 coins.
You will be teleported randomly through levels to collect coins.
Most of the graphics and level husks have been implemented as well.
I have to create some kind of coin collecting system, and implement projectile shooting turrets.
After looking for some guidance on the internet, I did not find anything useful.
Other than that, only minor things remain to be completed.
